Ten York by Tridel is set to be a mega tall project. At 75 Storeys and 774 units, this project will have more units available than all the proposed units in Bloor-Yorkville (which according the source of Toronto condominium information – Urbanation – has just under 700 units). Being so tall and with great view corridors because of the Gardiner Expressway, I expect some of the units to have breathtaking views.

70 Floor Views of Ten York By Tridel

To ramp up the marketing, Tridel has given us an idea of how the views will be.

View looking North

This view you can get a glimpse of the financial district.

View Looking West

Here you can see the Cityplace Condos, CN Tower and the Rogers Centre and part of the lake (this will be a favourite to buyers).

View looking southwest

Here you get a view of the lake, Harbourfront and the Toronto Islands.

It’s important to note that 1 York St (two 70 Storey towers) is going to be East of this building and it remains to be seen how it will impact views to the east. In this mockup prepared by Canadian National in the UrbanToronto forums we can get an idea on how 10 York and 1 York will look together.

I’m really looking forward to doing more analysis on this building.
