Special Notes- Site included the Shoeless Joe's and the former budget rental site (that was taken over by the LCBO in 2008 as it was found the area "badly needed a liquor store)
- The Shoeless Joe site was built in 1903 and was designated as a heritage building in 1973
- The LCBO announced they were planning on building a multiple storey on their site and would work with the city to get approvals
- In June 2008 LCBO announced neighboring land owners blocked their proposed 2 storey development so they built a one storey "temporary site" (with a lease ending in 2019)
- June 2010 a proposal was submitted for a 39 Storey (126.5 m Tower) with five levels of below grade parking for 311 sports on both the LCBO and Shoeless Joe site
- The tower would incorporate the brick heritage building on King St W as part of the 11 Storey podium
- LCBO will be the the tenant for part of the commercial space
